We are looking for an Event Assistant to help prepare and support promotional events and customer engagement activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys an active work environment and is comfortable working with people and handling multiple event-related tasks.

• Assist with preparing event spaces before activities begin
• Set up tables, displays, signage, promotional materials, and supplies
• Help organize and transport event materials as needed
• Welcome and assist attendees during promotional events
• Provide basic information about featured products, services, or promotions
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment
• Collect customer feedback and share observations with the event team
• Assist with event breakdown and returning materials to designated areas

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable in an active environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Professional and positive attitude
• Previous event, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is helpful but not required
