Event Assistant

Position Summary

Harvest Advertising Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant to help prepare event spaces, organize materials, welcome attendees, and support on-site activities. This position offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in event operations while working alongside a collaborative team.

• Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown.
• Organize promotional materials, signage, displays, and event supplies.
• Help ensure event spaces are clean, orderly, and ready for attendees.
• Support team members with scheduled activities and on-site tasks.
• Monitor supplies and help keep materials readily accessible.
• Follow event schedules and instructions to support smooth operations.
• Help resolve routine logistical issues and communicate other needs to the team.
• Pack, organize, and store materials after activities conclude.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines when handling equipment and supplies.
