• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance), structured finance, and/or loan workouts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a client‑service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).

• Advise clients on complex financing transactions, including leveraged, asset, and structured finance.
• Assist in loan workouts and other finance‑related matters.
