Loan Workout Specialist

The Loan Workout Specialist will support low‑complexity initiatives within Loan Workout, reviewing basic policies, procedures, and deliverables. The role requires following supervisor direction, exercising judgment within defined parameters, and developing an understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements. The specialist will also provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
Responsibilities- Participate in or support low‑complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
- Review and address basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of physical legal documents with state requirements.
- Test information before sending it to third‑party legal partners.
- Check notarization on documents and perform judgment and compliance validations as needed.
- 6+ months of Loan Workout or Commercial Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
- 1+ year of relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of collection law (ideal).
- Experience with litigation, specifically civil procedures.
- Experience as a Quality Assurance analyst or functioning as one.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Basic computer skills and understanding of credit cards.
- Paralegal certification (nice to have).
$22.00 – $23.25 per hour.
