Must be available to be onsite at our Global Headquarters in Charlotte NC (Ballantyne) one day per month.
Job Summary /OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Treasury Associate Analyst to support our Treasury and Accounting team. This role is responsible for daily cash management, bank reconciliation support, and assisting with cash accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Monitor and reconcile daily cash activity across multiple bank accounts
- Prepare daily cash journal entries
- Support team with daily cash positioning and funds movements (e.g. wires, ACH)
- Support month‑end close activities related to cash and treasury
- Maintain and update bank account documentation and signatory records
- Assist with treasury compliance and internal controls
- Liaise with banks and internal departments to resolve cash‑related issues
- Support ad hoc treasury and accounting projects as needed
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of balance sheet and cash accounting
- Strong understanding of cash movements and bank reconciliation processes
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in accounting; knowledge of treasury or payables operations
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
