Senior Analyst, Compliance EDD Quality Operations

The CX Compliance team plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality resolutions. As a Senior Analyst, you'll review investigations related to customers, working with leaders across the Financial Crime Risk Service line to maintain top standards. You will operate independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and foster continuous improvement through feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end reviews of investigations for individuals and entities.
  • Analyze transaction activities and KYC information, supporting investigations and compliance efforts.
  • Document investigations thoroughly and accurately.
  • Incorporate feedback from Quality Assurance to improve processes.
  • Maintain detailed compliance documentation and stay updated on industry standards.
  • Investigate alerts from transaction monitoring systems and external sources.
  • Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or tech, focusing on EDD/KYC and compliance.
  • Experience in quality review and control frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, Word, and adaptable to organizational needs.
  • Ability to support a 24/7 operational environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Preferred

    Skills:
    • AML or Fraud certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE).
    • Experience with project management, analytics, or vendor management.
    • Advanced degrees in business, finance, or CX.
    • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, and Google Apps.
    • Experience working with external partners.
    Additional Notes:

    This role requires full-time, in-office presence at our Charlotte location, with shifts including weekends and nights to support 24/7 operations.
