YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead client engagement teams in financial modeling practice.
- Model development and optimization.
- Model validations and efficiency assessments.
- Actuarial transformation.
- Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Financial and regulatory reporting.
- Consistently deliver quality client services within expected time frames and on budget.
- Assist clients in tackling unique and complex business issues using innovative solutions.
- Foster an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to junior consultants.
- Demonstrate in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.
- Possess good business acumen and stay current on new developments.
- Understand and communicate complex actuarial issues.
- Develop a strong personal brand and enhance the EY brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related major.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years of people and/or project management.
- Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries.
- Strong knowledge of at least one prominent actuarial modeling software platform.
- Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage time while working on multiple, often shifting projects.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs.
- Prior experience with key platform library coding modules specific to actuarial modeling platforms.
- Solution design expertise, translating business requirements into modeling solutions.
- Proficient in model staging and development skill sets.
- Proficient in model development lifecycle processes and activities.
- Knowledge of U.S. Life, Health and Annuity products and associated regulations.
- Experience with asset modeling and ALM‑related concepts.
- Experience with open‑source coding paradigms such as Python, R, Julia, others.
- Experience leading actuarial modeling projects, including model development, validation, and optimization.
