About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Crimes Consultant to support moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Financial Crimes organization. This contingent role will contribute to large-scale planning efforts, analyze multifaceted challenges, and collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables related to Financial Crimes.
  • Support large-scale planning efforts and contribute subject‑matter expertise to Financial Crimes programs.
  • Review and analyze moderately complex Financial Crimes challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues while applying a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal personnel and cross‑functional partners within the Financial Crimes organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, or Corruption
    • Advanced SQL expertise (SQL Server, Teradata, Hadoop).
    • Strong data analysis, data profiling, and control definition capabilities.
    • Experience writing business requirements for applications.
    • Test coordination and execution experience.
    • Strong communication skills, including leading demos and walkthroughs.
    • Or equivalent experience through work, training, military service, or education
