Agency Finance Manager – Capital One

We are looking for an experienced Agency Finance Manager to lead the Loan Operations team, managing a portfolio of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae loans. The role is responsible for new loan boarding, escrow disbursements, loan documentation, data entry, escrow analysis, UCC, and investor custodial accounts while ensuring compliance with Agency guidelines and internal policies.

• Serve as the subject matter expert and key internal and external contact with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and the Agencies.
• Manage insurance compliance and reporting to GSEs.
• Oversee vendor compliance, quality review of new loan boarding, and loan operations metrics.
• Act as liaison between Loan Servicing, Asset Management, Closing, Capital Markets, and Origination teams.
• Ensure compliance with Agency guidelines and Master Servicing procedures.
• Proactively research, identify, and resolve payment problems and complex borrower issues.
• Provide guidance on GSE requirements, communication, and reporting.
• Work with the Agency Finance technology team on dashboards and reporting tools.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.
• At least 3 years of management experience.

• 5+ years of experience with GSE-backed multifamily loans.
• 4+ years Managing a loan servicing team.
• 3+ years of experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
