Validation Analyst
Our client in the banking and finance industry is seeking a Validation Analyst to join their team. As a Validation Analyst, you will be part of the Callback team responsible for performing request validations for corporate customers.
LocationCharlotte, Uptown
Pay Range$29/hour
What's the Job?- Receive requests from internal teams and validate authorization ability
- Perform authentication procedures
- Confirm wire instructions
- Close out requests and note actions
- Ensure proper handling of escalated requests
- Participate in monthly regression testing once new updates are released on internal systems
- Collaborate with partners to solve any complex issues
- Strong client service skills or call center operations experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables/VLOOKUPs)
- Experience in UAT testing (has participated in regression testing)
- Empathy
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Multi-tasking
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Banking and/or finance experience is strongly preferred
- Opportunity to work with a reputable company in the banking and finance industry
- Competitive pay rate of $29/hour
- Hybrid work model – 3 days in office and 2 days remote
- Occasional flexibility to work 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Potential for a second round interview if needed
