• Perform accounting and finance functions for Company, joint venture, and/or fund-level financials.
• Maintain the general ledger and various sub-ledgers, where applicable
• Prepare and review trial balances
• Assist with the monthly/quarterly/annual close process
• Assist with annual audits across multiple entities within the organizational structure
• Prepare internal management reports
• Work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Treasury teams on day-to-day basis
• Manage and monitor the timing and quality of both internal and external deliverables
• Produce financial performance metrics
• Interact with senior management to present and discuss financial results
• Proactively communicate and coordinate across internal groups

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; with foundation in public accounting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail
