You’re an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional who enjoys analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish.
** In this role, you will…
*** Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.
* Perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).
* Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes.
** What you’ll bring**
* ** A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your certified general licenses**.
* An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ideally, 1-3 years in commercial real estate.#LI-JM1
