Pricing Data Analyst – Allspring Global Investments

As a Portfolio Operations Analyst on the Pricing Data Operations team, you will play a critical role in managing and validating pricing data for a diverse range of investment products. You will partner with Data Operations, Engineering & Technology, Portfolio Managers, and other internal teams to ensure accurate pricing data throughout the Investment ecosystem.

Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI.

Work schedule:

Monday‑Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM ET, hybrid in‑office 4 days a week.

• Perform daily valuation and validation of securities, including equities, fixed income, structured products, and derivatives.
• Review and challenge pricing from external vendors, applying fair‑value methodologies in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the pricing data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with technology teams to automate pricing workflows and improve data quality controls.
• Respond to client inquiries to support Allspring’s Institutional clients and Subadvised business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in an Investment Operations role, preferably supporting the Valuation function.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with data management tools and software (Excel, SQL, VBA, etc.).

• Familiarity with accounting and valuation of various asset classes including structured products and derivatives.
• Experience with Accounting and Trading Systems;
  Advent APX, CRD, Bloomberg.

Base Pay Range: $65,000 – $80,000. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, local market, business sector, and geographic location.
