K&L Gates in Charlotte is seeking an Asset and Corporate Finance First Year associate for fall 2027 (2027 JD). Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background and demonstrated interest in private equity, private credit, commercial lending, and mezzanine finance transactions.
You will work with lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured facilities and related financings. Candidates will be mentored by partners and given increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
