Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Charlotte, NC focuses on investor relations and capital raising for QC Capital’s private equity and alternative investment strategies. The individual will cultivate and manage relationships with existing and prospective institutional and high-net-worth investors, including preparing and delivering presentations, updates, and reports. Daily responsibilities include drafting investor communications, supporting fundraising campaigns, coordinating due diligence processes, and maintaining CRM and pipeline tracking.
The role will also involve collaborating with investment and operations teams to translate complex financial and operational outcomes into clear messaging, assisting with marketing materials, and contributing to strategy on capital formation and investor engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong investor-facing skills in Investor Relations and Communication, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
- Foundational knowledge of Investments and Finance, including understanding of private equity, alternative assets, and capital markets.
- Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, portfolio performance, and market trends to inform investor materials and discussions.
- Proficiency with presentation tools and CRM platforms; ability to create clear pitch decks, memos, and reporting packages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) are a plus.
- Prior experience in private equity, asset management, investment banking, or capital raising preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple investor workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site with cross-functional teams and engaging directly with senior leadership.
