CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Finance Coordinator III.

Description

The Finance Coordinator III will support Accounts Receivable, corporate collections, dispute and deduction management, and cash flow optimization. This role will analyze chargebacks and invoicing issues, lead collections for disputed accounts, communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, and support process and reporting improvements.

Requirements
  • Recent SAP experience; candidates must be prepared to discuss SAP experience during the phone screen.
  • High-intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and spreadsheet development.
  • Experience managing large-volume collections across significant dollar amounts and business accounts.
  • Strong Accounts Receivable, collections, reconciliation, dispute resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, corporate collections, or related functions.
  • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience analyzing chargebacks, deductions, invoicing errors, and disputed accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, or corporate collections.
  • Process automation or continuous improvement experience; candidates should be able to discuss examples of implemented improvements.
  • Experience with SharePoint and financial reporting tools.
