Job Description

What we need:

Brady is seeking a Sr Collections Analyst to support and enhance collection activities while helping drive efficient cash flow management and minimizing financial risk. In this role, you will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to support collection strategies, improve collection processes, and resolve complex account issues.

You will play an important role in analyzing customer accounts, identifying collection risks and opportunities, and supporting initiatives that contribute to improved financial performance and business results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Analyze customer accounts and identify overdue balances and collection risks
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding invoices and payment issues
  • Implement strategies that support cash flow optimization and minimize bad debt exposure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve collection policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Monitor collection activities and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Investigate and resolve escalated customer issues and disputes related to collections and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and maintain accurate collection records, account reconciliations, and reporting
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance collection performance and operational efficiency
Qualifications

What you'll need to be successful:

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, credit, accounts receivable, or a related financial role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience analyzing customer accounts and managing collection activities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Understanding of tax implications within a multinational organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex collection matters and deliver solutions with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
