You will act as SME for program eligibility, team structures, financial modeling, and ongoing administration, partnering with Wealth Management, Finance, Legal and Compliance to optimize firm-level compensation programs.
The position offers a hybrid schedule (on-site 2–3 days/week) with base salary in the mid-to-high 90s K, plus incentives
