You will help ensure accurate and timely trade processing and settlement, investigate exceptions, use data to monitor risk and performance, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen controls and improve the effectiveness and scalability of our global operating model.

What you will do
· Perform and support daily global equity trade operations, including trade capture and enrichment, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, exception management, and resolution of trade, cash, and position discrepancies.
· Investigate trade breaks and operational exceptions, assess downstream impacts, communicate findings clearly, and drive assigned issues through timely resolution.
· Partner with Trading, Investment Operations, brokers, custodians, counter parties, and service providers to exchange information and support accurate transaction processing.
· Use operational data to identify trends, recurring exceptions, control risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
· Prepare and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, key performance indicators, and risk metrics using advanced Excel, Power BI, or comparable analytical tools.
· Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts that reduce manual work, strengthen controls, standardize procedures, and improve scalability.
· Document procedures and process changes and participate in testing, implementation, and operational readiness activities for system or business enhancements.
· Demonstrate ownership for assigned work, manage competing priorities, communicate status and risks, and escalate issues appropriately.

Basic Qualifications
