Conterra Networks is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our Charlotte headquarters. You will own end-to-end billing for products including fiber, Ethernet, Hosted Voice, Managed Services and E-Rate funding, ensuring accurate entry, timely invoicing, and proper cash application.
As a cross-functional partner, you will work with Sales, Service Fulfillment, Customer Care, Collections and Accounting to resolve issues, maintain controls, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
