We are looking for a driven and analytically minded FP&A & Commercial Finance Analyst to join our finance team. Reporting to theHead of Finance, you will play a key role in financial planning, performance reporting, commercial decision support, and the automation of finance processes across our manufacturing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional early in their career who is eager to grow within a dynamic industrial environment.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
• Design, build, and maintain management dashboards and reporting packs that deliver clear performance insights to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and lead automation opportunities across financeworkflows, including reporting, data extraction, and reconciliation tasks,using tools such as Power Query, Power Automate, or Python
• Partner with the sales and commercial teams to support pricing decisions, deal structuring, customer profitability analysis, and revenue forecasting.
• Provide analytical support for new business opportunities, contract renewals, and key account reviews, translating financial data into commercial recommendations.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP to support month-end closing, variance reporting, and ad hoc business requests.
• Analyze manufacturing cost drivers,including material, labor, and overhead,and communicate findings clearly to non-finance audiences.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business cases, capex requests, and strategic initiatives.
