Work Schedule :
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Director, the Treasury Analyst II is responsible for supporting Treasury and associated business partners throughout the organization. The Treasury Analyst II is responsible for routine activities, within aligned function, using existing procedures and policy. The Analyst performs day to day structured work assignments requiring only moderate instruction and guidance from more senior level roles.

The Work Itself Build and maintain knowledge in governance and controls.

Work with business partners, including Business Line (BL) Risk, Independent Risk Management (IRM) and Compliance, to understand governance routines and requirements to support needs across Treasury Support all vital governance routines for Treasury by maintaining and improving Treasury’s governance repository

Support routine activities spanning across Treasury, including standard reporting, Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) materials preparation, consolidation of Senior Management and Board level materials, and other adhoc requests

Support all internal and external audits

Assist with all supervisory activities across the Treasury group, including but not limited to, targeted and horizontal exams, Routine Continuous Monitoring meetings, ad-hoc requests and remediation efforts

Analyze and improve processes

Encourage a culture of collaboration, partnership and inclusion within the team Apply relevant regulations, policies and procedures to business issues and day to day responsibilities

The Qualifications We’re Looking For1+ years progressive experience in Treasury, Risk, or Compliance functions.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics preferred.

Building solid technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and leadership capabilities.

Developing project management, analytical and judgment skills.

Developing ability to influence others and build consensus.

Ability to communicate effectively Increasing ability to work with limited supervision while applying previous experience to execute moderately complex tasks.

Ability to analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.

Exhibit a strong work ethic and high degree of self-motivation.

Comfortable interacting with other personnel in group or support staff from other departments; may interact with other internal and external personnel (i.e., external auditors, regulators) on specific projects or routine matters, usually under supervision.

Minimum Qualifications 1+ years of experience

High school Diploma or GED equivalent
