Casework Consultant

Casework Consultant The Individual Consultant, Counseling Services (Case Work Consultant) responds to customer inquiries and requests via e-mail and written correspondence as well as inbound/outbound phone calls. The Counseling Consultant will interact with and provide education and counseling to participants, prospects, new entrants and their beneficiaries and representatives concerning pre-tax and after-tax investment/retirement products and services. Counseling Services Consultants provide answers to inquiries, handle issue resolution casework, and counter competitive tactics through written and telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Demonstrates expertise in all aspects of managing and completing casework in a timely manner, including researching and documenting recurring problems/questions. Incorporates style and appropriate use of written documentation (from scratch or use of standard templates) to communicate with clients. Works with the NCC and other business units to help business partners utilize self service where appropriate.

Base Pay Range: $24.66/hr - $34.66/hr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
