Contract:

No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Charlotte, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

Seeking Senior Level Social Services Assistant candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Social Services Assistant

Functional Area

Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services focus on Government And Public Services Sector.
  • Support professional services engagement for City of Charlotte (COC) and related regional opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all benefits plans including health, dental, and retirement.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective packages.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and municipal policies.
  • Resolve escalated benefits issues.
  • Manage benefits communications and policy updates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years benefits administration experience, with supervisory duties.
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits laws and vendor management.

  • Negotiation, benefits analysis, strategic planning.
  • Decision-making, employee advocacy, compliance orientation.
  • Teamwork, Leadership, Business Acumen, Communication, Motivation, Agility, Judgment, Organization.
Ancillary Details
  • Leads benefits program evaluations and recommendations.
  • Coordinates wellness program initiatives.
  • Works closely with Payroll and HR leadership.
Education / Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years benefits administration experience, with supervisory duties.
Other Details
  • Security Clearance is required for certain federal engagements.
  • Pro Sidian Employee & Contractor Referral Bonus Program: up to $5k for referrals employed for 90 days.
