BCBA - Behavioral Analyst

Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Locations: Encino, CA, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Utah

Make a meaningful impact through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) by leading a team of Behavior Technicians and caregivers in delivering life‑changing care. As a BCBA, you’ll design and oversee personalized treatment plans, drive patient progress, and support your team in providing consistent and effective interventions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans.
• Train and support Behavior Technicians, caregivers, and family members.
• Supervise patient care in person or via telehealth, ensuring clinical excellence.
• Serve as a key communicator between caregivers, staff, and other service providers.
• Complete progress reports, IEP goals, and other essential documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to proactively address behavioral and safety concerns.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Resilience in managing challenging behaviors.
• Proficient with technology for data entry and reporting.

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification or LPA licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
