Nutrition Health Works, a private practice in Charlotte for over 13 years, is hiring a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for an office location inside a local wellness facility in the heart of Charlotte, NC. The RDN will provide evidence-based, one-on-one and/or group nutrition consulting in a private practice environment. The RDN must be comfortable working with a wide range of nutritional needs, age groups, and medical conditions.

There is also an opportunity to attend community events, present to corporate accounts, and conduct physician in-services. This is an entry-level position and is mostly compensated based on client appointments. This is not a salaried position and weekly hours worked may vary slightly. This is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity and flexibility to provide telehealth from other locations other than the office setting.

However, coming into the office is required 3-4 days per week.

• Registered Dietitian as per Commission on Dietetic Registration.

• Demonstrates strong leadership competencies and skills for the position, including: ability to teach, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, customer service, relationship development, results oriented, team building, highly motivated and independent-decision making.
• Able to perform responsibilities with minimum supervision.
• Basic to Advanced computer skills.

• Full-time paid hourly ($40.00 - $48.00 per hour), plus commission with growth opportunities
• Flexible hours offering availability for telehealth and in person client sessions (hybrid). However, it is expected that this candidate will be in their private office location 3-4 days per week.
