Bonafide AR Supervisor

We are a growing pediatric durable medical equipment company seeking an Bonafide AR Supervisor to oversee our internal accounts receivable team and coordinate with external billing services.

• Lead a team of three internal AR associates
• Collaborate with external Billing Service (ACU-Serve)
• Supervise patient responsibility and statement process
• Assist with Bonafide settings and new payor set‑up
• Manage fee schedule oversight

• In‑depth knowledge of Bonafide Billing Software
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Minimum of two years billing supervisory experience preferred
• Durable Medical Equipment experience preferred

• Salary – $50,000 – $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
