Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. The provision of care includes direct care, delegation, and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality of care, establishing professional relationships, utilizing professional skills, fulfilling responsibilities of the role within the hospital, and developing clinical expertise per specialty.
Position
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an ICU is required.
- Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment is required.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license is required.
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
- Active RN license in the state of employment.
- Current ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor (AHA preferred).
- CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) is preferred and may be required by some clients.
- Other certifications such as TCRN, CEN, and CMC may be required by some clients.
Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
