Blue Jay ABA specializes in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) works closely with each child and their family to deliver personalized, evidence-based care. At Blue Jay ABA, we are deeply committed to serving our clients with compassion and integrity, while also fostering a positive and empowering workplace for our staff. We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable BTs/RBTs who share our mission to improve the quality of life for individuals with ASD.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide one‑on‑one behavior therapy sessions to individuals with ASD
- Collect and record data on client progress using electronic data collection software
- Work with the supervising BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents to review and monitor the client's progress
- Develop and create teaching materials and visuals
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
