Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Hybrid Role
The Lemonade Center is a premium, equity-centered autism and developmental therapy practice launching early intervention and behavioral health services across Charlotte and surrounding counties. We are seeking a high-caliber BCBA to lead clinical programming and supervise RBTs providing hybrid (In-home and In-clinic) ABA services.
Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) & autism evaluations
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans (ages 2–17)
- Supervise & provide oversight to RBTs and therapy team
- Deliver parent coaching & caregiver training
- Travel to clients within Mecklenburg & surrounding counties
- Ensure Medicaid/commercial compliance & timely documentation
- Optional leadership track into Clinical Director role
- Active BCBA certification
- Medicaid & Commercial payer experience (ABA) preferred
- Strong communication & culturally competent care
