Certified Nurse Assistant; CNA

Job Description

Lux Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care in clients’ homes. This position requires individuals who understand the level of dependency home-care clients and their families have on their caregiver and who take pride in being dependable and professional.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in the State of North Carolina (required)

• Reliable transportation

• Strong communication and professionalism

• Genuine passion for caring for others

• Ability to work independently in a home-care setting

Required Certifications (Must Be Current):

• Tuberculosis (TB) test completed within the past 12 months (annual requirement)

• CPR certification (renewed every 2 years)

• Bloodborne Pathogens certification (annual)

Experience:

• Prior home-care experience preferred

• Facility or hospital CNA experience accepted with willingness to adapt to home care

This role is ideal for CNAs who value consistency, accountability, and meaningful client relationships.
