Position Overview

We are seeking a personable and dedicated Concierge to join our team at The Laurels and The Haven in Highland Creek a Terra Bella community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with various inquiries and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly welcome guests as they arrive and provide assistance throughout their stay.
  • Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment based on guest preferences.
  • Coordinate reservations, transportation, and special requests to accommodate guests' needs.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's services and amenities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and guest‑centric experience.
  • Track guest feedback and work to improve services continually.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hospitality or service setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for customer service.
  • Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
