The Outside Services Attendant delivers outstanding customer service to members and guests, supporting the golf operations team by handling bag service, cart preparation, range operations, and area cleanliness. The attendant stages, stores, and maintains golf carts, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use, and provides a seamless golf experience for all players.

Reports to the Supervisor Outside Services.

• Assist golfers with loading/unloading bags, equipment preparation, and post‑round support.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and club amenities to enhance member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts in the staging area, assign to players, track usage, and ensure carts are cleaned and inspected.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, external spaces, and pro shop entrance.
• Set up and manage practice areas with necessary equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, starters, and other staff to ensure efficient service.
• Complete daily assignments, maintaining club standards and shop organization.

• Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks assigned by management.
• Follow all company, club, and department policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to excellence in all interactions.
• Adhere to safe working practices and promote safety compliance.
• Pursue personal and professional growth, maintaining required certifications.
• Resolve challenges using available resources and support teams.
• Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

• Outdoor work with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity.
• Requires sitting, standing, walking, climbing ladders, squatting/kneeling, reaching, grasping, pushing/pulling, twisting/bending, and lifting/carrying up to 100 lbs.

• Golf clubs & bag (40‑50 lbs).
• Golf carts.

• Adherence to attendance requirements per weekly schedule.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
• Availability to work on weekends and/or holidays as required.
