Role Description
This is not a part-time position with guaranteed hours.
Team members are contacted and scheduled on an event-by-event basis as opportunities arise. The role is for a Flair Bartender located in Charlotte, NC. The Flair Bartender will be responsible for crafting creative cocktails, performing skilled flair bartending techniques, engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and handling cash and payments accurately. Additional tasks include assisting in inventory management and ensuring compliance with beverage regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Proficiency in Bartending and Flair Bartending techniques, with knowledge of mixology
- Experience in Food & Beverage services, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
- Ability to perform accurate Cash Handling and manage transactions efficiently
- Attention to detail, creativity, and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous experience in event bartending or high-energy bartending environments is a plus
- Certification in responsible alcohol service or mixology is advantageous
