Job Purpose
The Front of House Team Lead supports venue operations by ensuring top-quality hospitality and smooth daily service. This role assists in supervising the Front of House team, promoting an upbeat and welcoming environment for guests and team members alike. The Team Lead helps drive performance, uphold standards, and ensure that every guest experience reflects Puttery's commitment to fun, service, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the bar and service areas, including product control, quality assurance, and guest engagement.
- Assist in organizing and supervising shifts to maintain smooth service flow
- Provide on-the-floor leadership, coaching, and training to team members
- Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring prompt, professional, and friendly service
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively between guests, staff, supervisors, and management
- Identify and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain inventory and assist with product control as needed
- Support company policies and uphold Puttery's hospitality and safety culture
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with sanitation and safety procedures
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Fast-paced, guest-facing environment requiring extended periods of movement
- Involves both indoor and outdoor work, including exposure to heat, noise, and varying temperatures
- Regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting required throughout shifts
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts expected to support business operations
Pay Range: $20 per hour
