Gallery Hosts/Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.
Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends.

HYATT House is an extended‑stay, residential‑style hotel that aims to provide individual travelers with the feel of a modern condominium. Qualifications- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Previous Customer Service or Hotel experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends. Must have weekend availability as this position will primarily work weekends.
