Gallery Hosts/Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.

Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends.

• Previous Customer Service or Hotel experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends. Must have weekend availability as this position will primarily work weekends.
