Midas Hospitality is recognized as one of the Top 100 U.S. Employers in 2021 and operates 40+ hotels across 14 states. We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Element Hotel in Uptown Charlotte, NC.
Compensation
: $16 per hour.
What You Will Be Doing
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests; issues room keys and provides directions.
- Sorts incoming mail and faxes for guests.
- Answers inquiries about hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Maintains records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Computes bills, collects payment, and provides correct change.
- Makes, confirms, and cancels reservations.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
- Experience in a customer‑service industry is required.
