Position OverviewWe’re seeking an Administrative and HR Specialist to join our growing team. This hybrid role reports directly to the President of the company, handles day‑to‑day HR tasks, helps build company goals, and shapes internal processes as we continue to expand. Administrative daily tasks include answering phones, responding to customer requests, assigning new leads to Project Managers, confirming installation appointments, maintaining employee records, payroll processing, and assisting with special projects.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of HR and/or administrative experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience with Quick Books is a plus.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused demeanor.
