This position builds and manages a visible and trusted Advisory team that partners with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges while coaching leaders and employees in HR policies to enhance talent management, diversity, and performance.
The manager also provides expert advice on employment law, oversees disciplinary processes to improve performance, and conducts exit interviews to enhance employee experience and retention.
1. HR Advisory Manager, Nexus Consulting Group, Denver, CO
Job Summary:
- Provide a reliable and efficient contact service
- Triaging requests across the HR function
- Advice to Managers, employees, and HR function on the delivery of HR policy and processes
- Guide on complex employee matters such as probation, agreement interpretation, and performance management
- Create and maintain essential infrastructure including standard processes and appropriate compliance frameworks.
- Identify and execute interventions to delight customers through service offerings
- Effective leadership of the HR Advisory team including the HR Operation

Job Summary:
