As a full‑time Talent Services Senior Account Manager
, you will operate in a hybrid model—working from our Charlotte, NC office three days a week and from home on the other two days (40 hours per week, 8–5 PM EST). The position is paid at $20 per hour

Day‑to‑Day ResponsibilitiesAs the primary client partner, you will drive the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing campaign management. Your day‑to‑day activities will include
- Partnering with clients to understand hiring goals and craft recruitment strategies that elevate their employer brand
- Managing and optimizing job postings and social media tactics to attract qualified candidates
- Providing tier‑1 support for technology, application‑trackers, and recruitment marketing tools
- Analyzing recruitment data and reporting on campaign performance to deliver insights
- Coordinating implementation projects and ensuring timely delivery of client goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or technical implementation
- Experience in recruitment, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or technology support is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Proven multitasking, project and time‑management skills
- Analytical mindset with robust data reporting capabilities
