Compensation: $85,/yr Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus Potential (up to $10,000 annually)
Position SummaryAs a Corporate Recruiter, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of requisitions across a diverse network of industrial brands. You will serve as a strategic advisor and hands‑on recruiter, driving search strategies, engaging top talent, and partnering closely with leadership to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This role is ideal for a solutions-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Execution: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing and intake calls to offer negotiation.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultant to HR and hiring managers to understand business priorities and tailor search strategies accordingly.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive talent through various tools, platforms, and social media.
- Communication: Provide weekly status updates, assess hiring risks, and lead consultative intake meetings.
- Compliance & Metrics: Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, ensure EEO compliance, and use recruiting metrics to predict future staffing needs.
- Brand Advocacy: Promote the organization’s culture and value proposition to prospective candidates.
Required:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven success partnering with executive and senior‑level leadership.
- Soft Skills: Professional maturity, calm under pressure, and the ability to challenge ideas constructively.
- Tenacity: A track record of identifying hiring roadblocks and creating effective plans to overcome them.
- Technical: Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Preferred:
- Industry Background: Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Distribution sectors is highly preferred.
- Talent Focus: Experience recruiting "blue-collar" and technical industrial talent.
- Systems:
Experience with
