Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Join the RVO Health Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter and help accelerate our mission to transform digital health.
Location1101 Red Ventures Dr, Fort Mill, SC 29707. The role is a hybrid position – in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Monday and Friday.
What You’ll Do- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for various full‑time positions across RVO Health.
- Partner with hiring teams to create job descriptions, source and attract candidates, and innovate recruiting strategies.
- Lead the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a high‑touch candidate experience.
- Build a steady pipeline of qualified candidates and foster an inclusive hiring process.
- Advocate for RVOH’s brand externally, build relationships, and contribute to talent community initiatives.
- At least 2 years of recruiting or related experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Adaptability in ambiguous situations, with a proactive mindset in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong organizational and detail orientation, with experience using candidate‑sourcing tools.
- Capacity to influence hiring teams and collaborate across functions.
- Starting Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with location, qualifications, experience).
