What challenges can you expect?- Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees in assigned U.S. and Canadian business areas.
- Provide hands‑on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching.
- Design and implement training and development programs for North America, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Lead the annual performance management process and support succession planning.
- Partner on recruiting activities and manage immigration‑related processes for assigned groups.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Progressive HR experience, including HR Manager or HR Business Partner roles.
- Proven ability to design and deliver training and development programs.
- Experience with performance management and recruiting processes.
- Strong HR knowledge and ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SCP) preferred.
