• Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees in assigned U.S. and Canadian business areas.
• Provide hands‑on HR support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching.
• Design and implement training and development programs for North America, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Lead the annual performance management process and support succession planning.
• Partner on recruiting activities and manage immigration‑related processes for assigned groups.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Progressive HR experience, including HR Manager or HR Business Partner roles.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training and development programs.
• Experience with performance management and recruiting processes.
• Strong HR knowledge and ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SCP) preferred.
