As an HRIS Administrator
, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to enhance employee experience and streamline HR processes. Your expertise will help us maintain data integrity, improve system functionality, and ensure seamless reporting and analytics.
- Manage & Maintain ADP – Serve as the system administrator for our HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, security, and efficiency.
- Optimize HR Processes – Configure and enhance system functionality to improve workflows, automation, and employee self-service tools.
- Data Integrity & Reporting – Maintain data accuracy, generate reports, and analyze trends to support HR and business decisions.
- User Support & Training – Provide system support to HR team members and employees, troubleshooting issues and training users on system capabilities.
- Compliance & Security – Ensure HRIS processes align with compliance standards, company policies, and best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with HR, IT, payroll, and other departments to enhance system integration and efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement – Stay up to date on system upgrades and emerging HR technology trends to recommend enhancements.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills – Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- HRIS experience – Hands-on experience administering and maintaining ADP.
- Technical proficiency – Understanding of system configurations, reporting tools, and data integrity best practices.
- Analytical mindset – Ability to analyze HR data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Attention to detail – Commitment to accuracy, security, and compliance in HRIS processes.
- Project management skills – Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive continuous system improvements.
- Nice to have:
Experience with system integrations, API configurations, or HR technology implementations.
