Part‑Time HR Assistant

Job Type: Part‑time |
Hours: 15–20 per week, flexible schedule.

• Assist with recruitment: create job ads, manage resumes, and maintain applicant tracking.
• Support onboarding: send new hire links, schedule training, and assist with new hire orientations.
• Provide general HR administrative support: reports, filing, and correspondence.
• Help with benefits administration: billing, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
• Assist with organizing quarterly staff trainings and staff outings.
• Assist with special HR projects, including updating policy updates and procedures.

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in HR is a plus.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

• Background check and drug screening required.
