Location & Onsite Flexibility: Charlotte, NC — Remote. Must be located near one of the following hub locations:
Greenville, SC | Jacksonville, FL | Mt. Laurel, NJ | Phoenix, AZ. (Role is currently 100% remote and subject to change based on business needs)
Contract Details:
Position Type: Contract;
Duration: 12 Months (Extension possible);
Start: As Soon As Possible;
Pay Rate: $30 – $34 per hour;
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (core business hours);
Overtime: Yes, up to 5 hours per week once acclimated.
The Recruiter II will support the HR Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) by managing high-volume recruiting efforts tied to a major KYC/FCRM build‑out initiative
. This role supports Shared Services recruiting needs and manages a workload of approximately 25–30 requisitions
, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an experienced corporate recruiter who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver a high‑quality hiring manager and candidate experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Recruitment & Delivery
- Manage full‑cycle corporate recruiting for assigned portfolios
- Support Shared Services recruiting (mortgage underwriting, processing, sales support, and other back‑office roles)
- Manage and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Provide hiring managers with shortlists of screened and qualified candidates
- Act as a Talent Advisor
, offering market insights and recruiting strategy guidance - Coordinate recruitment events and talent branding activities as needed
- Represent the organization in recruitment‑related interactions
- Partner effectively with HR teams, COEs, and business stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with recruitment strategies, policies, and compliance requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and follow internal and regulatory hiring practices
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to assess recruitment effectiveness
- Provide guidance, coaching, and best‑practice sharing with junior team members
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and transparent team culture
- Participate in knowledge sharing, cross‑training, and continuous improvement efforts
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- 3+ years of interviewing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- High school diploma (minimum)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Banking or financial services recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for KYC / FCRM roles
- Workday ATS experience
- Sourcing experience using Linked In, Indeed
, or similar platforms
- Former full‑time employees
- Candidates with a healthcare‑only recruiting background (corporate/banking experience preferred)
