As a Technology Recruiter, you'll be responsible for:

• Sourcing, screening, and placing exceptional technology professionals across various specializations
• Developing a deep understanding of the technology landscape and talent market in the Charlotte metro area and beyond
• Managing the full candidate recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate engagement through offer acceptance and beyond
• Achieving and exceeding revenue targets through strategic desk management
• Attending requisition meetings with internal account managers and external clients to understand the brief for yourself!

• Proven success in recruitment (technology market experience preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building something meaningful
• Resilience, determination, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment
• Interest in technology and the tech talent marketplace
• Strong track record of placements, particularly in a higher volume driven business
