Overview

Hylaine is seeking a Salesforce Professional with hands-on Omni Studio experience to join our team. Candidate can sit within any of our market locations:
Charlotte, NC;
Atlanta, GA;
Raleigh, NC;
Dallas Fort Worth, TX;
Indianapolis, IN. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

• Omni Studio Development:
  Design and implement Salesforce Omni Studio solutions, including OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, and Integration Procedures.
• Build dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using Omni Studio s declarative tools.
• Salesforce Configuration & Customization:
  Configure Salesforce core components to align with business requirements.
• Collaboration:
  
  Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Integration & Automation:
  Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Omni Studio tools; automate processes using Flow Builder, Apex, and Omni Studio s declarative automation tools.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:
  Perform unit testing and support QA processes; monitor and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce and Omni Studio components.
• Documentation & Training:
  Create detailed documentation for implemented solutions and provide training to end-users; maintain up-to-date records of Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Collaboration & Innovation:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and stakeholders; stay current with Salesforce updates and new Omni Studio features.

• Salesforce Certification:
  Preferred certifications include Salesforce Omni Studio Developer, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and Omni Studio tools (OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Flex Cards, Integration Procedures).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
• Proficiency in declarative development with knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with integration tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
