Location:

Onsite 3 days a wk;
Hybrid – Office location is Charlotte NC

Required Pay Scale: $50-52 hr W2

Responsible for end-to-end management of initial roadmaps of projects of high complexity across multiple departments and business units. Managing pre-project including initial intake, business requirements, driving requirements with technical teams and all business units, ensuring all approvals are received, cleaning up the overall roadmap and project, and presenting for final approvals. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams to deliver the intended project solution.

• Manage Project Scope, Timeline, and deliverables.
• Establish clearly defined project standards and outlines.
• Oversight/Manage/Lead pre-project execution, integration, and achieve approvals.
• Risk Management and Mitigation Planning.
• Readiness / Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management.
• Work with Sr leadership on planning, workflows, and deployments.
• Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for all the organization’s pre-projects.
