We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Technical Product Owner to support the development of foundational capabilities for an enterprise AI platform.

This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platform features such as APIs, LLM hub components, data connectors, and cloud infrastructure enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to execute the product vision and roadmap for core AI/ML platform capabilities.
  • Translate product requirements into actionable features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Focus on platform components including APIs, LLM hub integration, data connectors, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and Dev Ops teams to support agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
  • Communicate status updates, executive presentations, and stakeholder communications clearly and effectively.
  • Gather and refine requirements from stakeholders across business units, engineering, security, and legal teams.
  • Monitor platform usage metrics and feature adoption to inform future development.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI/ML platforms, Generative AI, and cloud infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology product development, business analysis, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with AI/ML platforms, APIs, or cloud infrastructure (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
  • Familiarity with the AI/ML lifecycle including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with MLOps or LLMOps tools and practices.
  • Exposure to Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models).
  • Understanding of platform security, compliance, and cloud optimization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
